Festival of Nations

A few members of the SPNSCC are currently spending hours planning for the Festival of Nations food booth. Angela has been ordering food and picking up many of the necessary items. On Sunday, JoAnn, Robert, Carol and I sampled the wonderful foods we'll be serving during the Festival of Nations. Our menu this year consists of gyoza, beef with rice, teriyaki chicken, fortune cookies, sushi, edamame and more. This fundraiser provides us with the majority of our funding for the year. We can always use a few more volunteers -- so be sure to give me a call if you can help. We'll post many photos when we're all finished. For now, put April 30 through May 3 on your calendar and either visit our booth or come and help us serve the best Japanese food at the Festival of Nations!
